Welcome, parents! The Center for Talent Development is committed to ensuring your student has every tool he or she may need during their transformation from new college student to motivated new employee in the working world. To help you help them, here you will find our policies and services, as well as resources for you to help your student transform potential into success!
Each student develops differently, and there is no right or wrong path to academic and professional achievement. The Center for Talent Development promises to provide tools and opportunities for students to create their own experience and build their own future, one step at a time. To that end, we encourage personal student responsibility while remaining vigilant about student progress.
As a parent, you can help your student by encouraging him or her to be honest about accomplishments as well as frustrations and to discover their personal power to problem-solve. To begin, first determine where your student is on his or her journey. Rough guidelines are provided, but please keep in mind that each student will progress at his or her own pace.
