Health supplies drive ends Friday

MITCHELL — The Dakota Wesleyan University Psychology Club is collecting health supplies to donate to Tree of Life Ministry on the Rosebud Reservation.

These donations will be distributed to people in need on the reservation. Items can be dropped off in donation boxes in the McGovern Library on campus, near the staircase. The collection ends Friday, Oct. 5.

Suggestions include shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex, razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste and diapers. For a complete list of items, take a look at the sign above the box.

“For the price of a flavored coffee you could run to a discount or dollar store and make a difference in the life of someone who needs your help,” said Anne Kelly, associate professor psychology at DWU and department chairman.
